All Sales Are Final
Because all of our products are made to order and customized based on your request, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Include your order number and a description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the item.
Incorrect Customization
If there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect name or design that does not match your order), we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order details.
Note: We are not responsible for errors in customization provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names entered at checkout).
